- 6% - Willpower Alone
These results showed that with just a single session of Hypnosis it increased a smokers chances of stopping by 1000% taking it from 6% (Willpower alone) . to 60% (With Hypnosis).
Proving without a doubt that Hypnosis is the most effecitve way of breaking the HABIT !

Why is it so hard to quit?
In my experience, most people find it hard to give up smoking because; they "Believe" that it will be difficult to Stop and they receive no immediate or tangible BENEFIT for doing so: they get no reward.
Smoking cigarettes is just a habit and that's all it ever was or could be!

Why smoking cigarettes is NOT an addiction .....
Let me explain .... If you are addicted to something you need or want more of what you are addicted to ...Yes ? ... If that makes sense to you then how is it that smokers can reach a regular, happy, number of cigarettes that they smoke each day ? For example some people may smoke upto 10 a day, others 20 a day, some even smoke 40 or 60 a day. Have you ever known anyone who smokes 200 a day ? ... NO, and here is why .....
It's simple, when you smoke, your body regulates the amount of toxins it can handle in one day. It controls how many cigarettes you can smoke each day, this is what I would call your "comfort factor". Your daily intake can, and does, rise occasionally due to times or stress or in the company of other smokers etc. However when the occasion passes you will always return to your regular daily intake. This goes against all the traits of an "addict", where you would need to smoke more and more to get the same enjoyment out of it. That is the true definition of addiction.
So, hopefully you can see that smoking is just a habit and habits can be changed evry, very easily with the power of hypnosis and your own willpower.
