Negative interpretation of events and people are the main reason for Social Anxiety.
Social anxiety can make you feel isolated, lonely and withdrawn.
When the thoughts inside your own mind start to restrict what you do and make you feel anxious then it’s time to do something about it.
Social anxiety can stop you in your tracks and force you to avoid certain situations which your mind believes beneficial to your being. It also believes that this is the only action that will prevent the discomfort and feelings associated with anxiety.
A person having a panic attack can experience sudden and intense sensations of fear. As the feelings of fear intensify they feel that they have lost control and feel desperate to get out of what ever situation that has triggered their anxiety in the first instance. Sometime they are not consciously aware of what that situation actually is.
Anxiety/Panic Attacks are common. It is not just you. Seek help to understand them. If you understand them you will no longer fear them.
