The first thing to be aware of is that smoking is NOT a physically addiction. There are some addictive substances in the cigarettes however the effects do not last for long after your last smoke.
The power of your mind is stronger than the power of the addiction/habit. After all your mind created the habit in the first place.
There is evidence, regarding stopping smoking, from independent studies that between 3 - 5 days after your last cigarette, all of the addictive substances will be out of your bloodstream.
And once all these substances are out of your bloodstream any physical addicted to cigarettes will also be gone.
SMOKING IS A HABIT. !! (A behavioural addiction)
For however long you have smoked tobacco it has had a place in your life.
