How are you getting on?
If you have not started yet or have found it too difficult do not despair there are still 3 weeks left. It is not about when you decide to STOP smoking, it's about quitting for good.
Stopping smoking it not just for October but for life. It is a choice that should not be taken lightly.
This is not something you TRY to do or that you "have a go at" because you feel it is expected of you, or even worse for someone else, it should be something that you DO for yourself.
Change happens very quickly, it is the deciding to change that takes the time.
